Neural implants and the military: “Ready, Fire, Aim: Putting the Subsconscious in Charge“

Tom Clonan s illuminating article, in yesterday s The Irish Times on military application of neural implants that access the subconsious, is easily retrieved via google, but many of our readers may not be aware of it. And so, I am sending it along for posting.

Professor Flower s statement toward the end that “it was the first time the military had worked with academia in neuroscience“ would appear to many, and especially those who have been forced covertly and involuntarily into being implanted/chipped human lab rats for this kind of thing, as shockingly naive or flagrantly dishonest.
