Dürfte Ich Ihnen bitten, mir mitzuteilen, welche internationale Institution zuständig sein sollte, für die Unterstützung Opfer elektromagnetischer/ Strahlenfolter. Ich stelle Ihnen dieser dringenden Frage, weil die ‚Chairwoman of the Commission on Human Rights of the European Parliament’, die Deklaration von mehr als 400 Opfer weltweit völlig ignoriert hat.Offenbar fühlt sie sich dafür nicht zuständig. Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage an Alexander Van der Bellen, das zur Beantwortung an das Dialogbüro weitergeleitet wurde.

Aus unserer Sicht könnte einerseits die Weltgesundheitsorganisation der UNO, die WHO, noch eine mögliche Ansprechstelle sein. Es stellt sich hier angesichts der Geschehnisse um die ICNIRP die Frage, wieweit das zielführend ist. (Die ICNIRP, die sich mit Mobilfunk, also elektromgnetischer Strahlung, und ihren Folgen befasst, konnte sich lange unwidersprochen als WHO-Teilorganisation darstellen, obwohl sie in Wirklichkeit ein eigener Verein ist, der noch dazu teilweise von den Mobilfunkunternehmen finanziert wird.) Jedenfalls hätte die WHO keinerlei konkrete rechtliche Handhabe für irgendwelche Änderungen. Auch kommt das von der WHO koordinierte internationale Forschungsprogramm zu Mobilfunk und Gesundheit trotz gegenteiliger Ankündigungen schon seit Jahren nicht zum Abschluss, auch das spricht dagegen, von der WHO allzuviel zu erwarten.

Insofern wäre wohl der Weg zum Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte in Straßburg der einzige Pfad, wo vielleicht etwas in ihrem Interesse erreichbar wäre.

Wir wären Ihnen darüber hinaus dankbar, wenn Sie uns nähere Informationen über den konkreten Umgang der „Chairwoman of the Commission on Human Rights of the European Parliament“ mit Ihrem Anliegen zukommen lassen könnten.

In our opinion the WHO (World Health Organization) of the United Nations could be another „official contact“.Given the past events concerning the ICNIRP, one can doubt if it could lead to success ! (The ICNIRP „International Commission for Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection“ handled the issue of mobile phones and of electromagnetic radiation and their consequences, although it is , as a matter of fact, an organization of its own, and, furthermore, partially financed by mobile-phone companies). Anyway, the WHO would not have the legal authority to change anything ! Moreover, the international research programs coordinated by the WHO on mobiles and health issues have not had any results until now, in spite of the contradictory announcements made for years ! Then add the fact that you should not expect too much from the WHO! So there is perhaps one single possibility to follow:the Human Rights Court of Justice in Strasbourg where there would possibly be something to get for your interest! We would be most grateful if you could give us further information on how concretely the „Chairwoman of the Commission on Human Rights of the European Parliament“ handled your request.
